2025 ACCCCS Conference Hotel Reservations

Conference Rate: $229 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

To secure the conference rate, you must make your reservation by April 14, 2025.

If you need a roommate for cost savings, you can post to the listserv or use the ACCCCS Hotel Room Share Sheet. To indicate your interest and communicate directly with other interested members use the e-mail addresses provided in the spreadsheet.

Transportation to Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile

From Chicago O'Hare International Airport:

  • By Taxi: Expect a fare of approximately $55–$70 and a travel time of about 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • By Rideshare: Check your rideshare app when you get to the airport for estimated costs and travel times.
    If you are interested in sharing the cost of taxi/rideshare to the hotel, you can post to the listserv or use the ACCCCS O’Hare Taxi/Rideshare Sign-up Sheet.
  • By CTA Public Transit: The cost is approximately $5, with a travel time of about 40 minutes.
    • Train: Take the CTA Blue Line train from O’Hare to the Clark/Lake Station. (Look for trains with "Forest Park" as the destination.)
    • From Clark/Lake: The hotel is about one mile away.
      • You can either walk or use a rideshare service.
      • Bus Transfer Option: When purchasing your train ticket, select the transfer option and switch to one of the following buses: 2, 3, 66, 125, 143, 146, 147, or 157. Get off near Chicago Avenue and Michigan Avenue or on St. Clair Street, close to the hotel.

From Chicago Midway International Airport:

  • By Taxi: Expect a fare of approximately $35–$50 and a travel time of about 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • By Rideshare:Check your rideshare app when you get to the airport for estimated costs and travel times.
    If you are interested in sharing the cost of taxi/rideshare to the hotel, you can post to the listserv or use the ACCCCS Midway Taxi/Rideshare Sign-up Sheet.
  • By CTA Public Transit: The cost is approximately $5, with a travel time of about 40 minutes.
    • Train: Take the CTA Orange Line train from Midway to the State/Lake Station. (Look for trains with The Loop as the destination.)
    • Transfer to the Red Line. (Look for trains with Howard as the destination.)
    • Get off at the Grand Station. The hotel is about .4 miles away.
      • You can either walk or use a rideshare service.
